1. Digital Product Policy

Since the Job Guide 2026 is a digital product (PDF ebook), all sales are generally final. Once the PDF has been delivered to your email or downloaded, we are unable to offer a full refund.

2. Eligible for Refund

We may offer a refund in the following cases:

Duplicate payment: If you were charged twice for the same purchase
Failed download: If you are unable to download the ebook after multiple attempts and our support team cannot resolve the issue
Wrong product: If you accidentally purchased the wrong product (must be reported within 24 hours)

3. Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be provided for:

Change of mind after download
Unrealistic expectations about job placement
Content not meeting personal expectations
Purchase made by mistake (after download)
